　信州国際音楽村は、音楽と芸術をひとつのきっかけに、豊かな心を心を育む交流の場所・社会教育施設として整備されています。
　公園の施設は、4,323平方メートルの芝生広場、展望広場、遊歩道、花畑などがあります。花畑は、ラベンダーとスイセンが人気です。スイセンは、3月下旬から4月中旬まで、毎年すいせん祭りが開催されます。ラベンダーは、毎年7月上旬から7月中旬、ラベンダーが見頃を迎えます。また、ラベンダースティックの製作体験が人気です。
　音楽の施設は、屋内ホール(ホール・こだま)、屋外ホール(パノラマステージ・ひびき)があり、使用料金がかかります。

　Shinshu international music village is built as a place of interchange and social education facility for cultivating a rich mind as a trigger, with music and art as one opportunity.
　Facilities in the park include 4,323 square meters of lawn open space, Observation square, promenade, flower garden and so on.
　Flower fields are popular with lavender and daffodil. "Suishen festival" is held every year from late March to mid April. Lavender has its best appearance every year from early July to mid July. Also, the experience of making lavender sticks is popular.
　Facilities of music include indoor hall "Kodama", outdoor hall "Hibiki", fees are charged for using the music facility.
